My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and well laid out, although the central triangular area between the rooms seemed a bit outdated. The service, especially from the young lady at guest services, was fabulous, but there were instances where some staff members came across as rude. The central location of the hotel was convenient for exploring Saigon, but the view outside the window was disappointing due to dirtiness and odors.
